			With 15 years of experience selling shop and industrial supplies for another company, I found my customers frequently requesting tools and supplies that were not readily available, making it clear to me that there was a need for quality professional and specialty tools at reasonable prices. My objective is to fill that need, presenting an alternative to expensive jobber trucks and tool retailers.

			Thanks to my low overhead, Mike’s Tools provides the tools and supplies that you need at a competitive price that you can afford to pay. I also fully support manufacturers’ warranties and proudly offer a 96% first-time fill rate on orders. I currently represent over 50 vendors with a line of over 100 tool and supply manufacturers. If you need it, chances are that I have it in stock!

			Above all else, service is the hallmark of my business. I treat my customers with the respect that they deserve, knowing that if I don’t care for a customer, somebody else will. Prior to corporate downsizing and an unanticipated career move that led to the founding of Mike’s Tools, I worked for 35 years in nursing, flight nursing and paramedic. Think about it. If your work is on hold while waiting for a special tool, your business is essentially on life support. Now, when your shop has a problem locating that hard-to-find item, doesn’t it make sense to call somebody who you know really cares about your business?
